  Even though 10 Hastings mixed up our booking and had no vacancy Rob was so helpful and secured us 3 nights at Laguna. He still honoured our deal, towels, wine, brekkie. Couldn't have been more helpful. Cafe was great. Loved the music. Thanks Rob

  Worst service experienced in Hastings Street in over a decade. Ordered pastries for the kids which sit in a cabinet on the bar. Watched 5 tables with full cooked breakfasts arrive ahead of pastries. Despite being asked, waiters didn’t bother following up. Simply needed someone to take the pastries out of the cabinet and put them on a plate - not rocket science, but clearly too much effort for the staff. Plenty of other places to eat with polite and attentive staff.

  Not the best food selection, however service was friendly and smiles for everyone. Wouldn't recommend as a 1st choose venue for food. Hasting st has a large selection of cafes and restaurants for food and entertainment. Was disappointed.

  Have stayed here twice, absolutely no complaints, love it. Great location and the hosts are incredibly accommodating and helpful. Would stay more often but frequently booked out!

  Now this is a place you must visit for breakfast. Fantastic food options that had coming back day after day. Check it out.
