  We have used RW Noosa in the past and they were fine to deal with, however this time was terrible which is why we will never use again. Their deposit/cancellation policy is ridiculous and unfair. If the property is unliveable when you arrive, you are not entitled to any refund and to move to another property is at your own expense.

  On arrival the house was absolutely filthy and bug ridden due to no screens on the property (wasn't mentioned on their website) and gaps in doors/wooden shutters. On our first night there was a snake inside the house, which was found just outside the room of our sleeping baby. We waited for security to organise a snake catcher and have it removed which never happened so we had to remove it ourselves.

  The house had clearly not been maintained and probably not used for quite some time - pool gate was broken and didn't shut, balustrading on the carport was rotting away and missing (which is probably breaching legal requirements as there was quite a drop), termite damage inside the house, animal poo dripping from all the air-conditioning units, broken toaster and faulty gas stove top. We had 4 young children with us so all of these problems are quite significant and potentially very dangerous. I should point out that we were advised that this house was not suitable for children for the sole reason of the split level layout of the house had stairs, but we have stair cases in our homes so it wasn't a problem.

  We rented a house at 20 Little Cove Road in Dec14 and had a terrible experience with RW Noosa.

  11 Key Court has very shoddy and worn out electrical appliances that will spoil any holiday. We had problems with the stove top and the hot water supply. A measly frying pan is on offer for cooking and the basic grill pan for the oven was missing. All the door locks were shonky, providing poor security for our belongings. The garage door did not work. The back deck is in a dangerous state of repair. Grey grubby, stained bathroom towels (looked like they were once white) were provided. We had to organise rubbish removal from the previous tenant before we could dispose of our own. Finally, an internet installation technician turned up unannounced, we should have sent him packing but we are not that sort of people. We were then subjected to banging and drilling on our holiday. On the bright side, the bedroom air-con 'did' work, the beds were comfy and the deck provided a very pleasant outlook. When all is said and done, I would have expected more from a 'Top-End' Noosa property and agent.
