    First of all we would like to let you know that Matty, of Peterpans Adventure Travel, is the greatest person we have met in Australia. There were some problems with our Fraser tour and because of some miscommunications we had missed the bus to Fraser Island. Matty was very understanding and loyal to give us a refund. This is not something that is very usual but he made an exception. We think its very costumer friendly of Matty to arrange this for us. We are very grateful. Thank you!
